Pastor Osondu Atuonwu

Pastor Osondu Atuonwu is a dynamic teacher of the word of God, passionate about bringing men and women into their inheritance in Christ. With a unique grace for ministry and a heart for people, he leads Loveworld Birmingham with a vision to see lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Under his leadership, Loveworld Birmingham has become a place of worship, miracles, and purpose, impacting the city of Birmingham and beyond with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our Statement of Faith

We believe in the Bible as the inspired Word of God, the Trinity of God, salvation through Jesus Christ, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, divine healing, and the second coming of Christ.

Loveworld Birmingham partners with different ministry arms in the Loveworld nation and networks, taking the divine presence of God to the nations and people of the world, demonstrating the character of the Spirit.

Full Statement of Faith

The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Bible contains the inspired and infallible Word of God, the infallible rule of faith and conduct, superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason.

The Godhead

We believe that there is only one God eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 4:5-6, Genesis 1:26, Matthew 3:16-17

Salvation

We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus. We believe regeneration by the power of the Holy Spirit through the Word of God is essential for personal salvation.

The Baptism of the Holy Spirit

We believe that when an individual receives the Holy Spirit, he receives divine enablement for Christian service and witness. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit.

Divine Healing

We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides divine healing for the body and salvation for the soul of everyone that believes.

The Second Coming

We believe in the rapture of the church and the Second Coming of Christ. We believe in the final resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the former to eternal life and the latter to eternal judgement.
